Saudi Water Authority was preparing for privatisation, one of the biggest changes in its history. Its general managers, each responsible for more than 100 employees, had strong technical backgrounds. Now they had to explain the why, build trust in their teams and help people work in new ways.

Monash University's Enterprise Education designed a four-day Leadership and Change Management Program for the general managers. Napica facilitated the two days on change:
The program's participant evaluation, run by Monash University Enterprise Education, gave a clear picture:
participants rated it 7 or higher out of 10
Participants also described how their thinking had changed:
“I used to think that to change you had to use your power as a boss to get the change done.”
“But now I know that unfreezing the built in idea among the team is the key to start the change process.”
“I used to think that change is a long and difficult task.”
“But now I know that it is a systematic process that can be followed to achieve your goals.”
“I used to think that all stakeholders are targeted the same way.”
“But now I know that I have to target specific stakeholders with different techniques and different focuses.”
“The facilitators were experienced and delivered the course in the most efficient and effective way. They made topics and concepts easy to understand and grasp.”
